Player

Any individual who participates in poker games or uses the card lounge facilities.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the venue and participate in any poker games or tournaments. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Proof-of-age card

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

Right to Refuse Entry

Pokerknoll Capeyork reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person at its discretion, including but not limited to individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies. Entry may be denied if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We may ask you to leave the premises if you engage in inappropriate behavior. Refusal of entry does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

Making a Reservation

Reservations are subject to availability and may require a deposit for private events.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for table reservations and 48 hours in advance for private event bookings. Failure to cancel within the required notice period may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees may be charged to the credit card on file. No-shows are subject to the same cancellation policy. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the venue is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances.

Private Event Bookings

Private poker events can be booked for corporate functions, parties, or other gatherings. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, and full payment is due prior to the event. Booking terms include:

• Event details, including date, time, and number of players, must be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellations for private events require 48 hours' notice.
• The venue may provide catering and bar services for private events at an additional cost.

Card Lounge Use

The card lounge is available for players to relax and socialize between games. Use of the card lounge is subject to the same conduct rules as the poker room. Food and beverages are available for purchase in the card lounge. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The venue reserves the right to limit lounge access during peak hours.

Dining and Bar Service

The venue offers a restaurant and late-night bar. All food and beverages must be purchased on-site; outside food and drinks are not permitted. Alcoholic beverages are served only to patrons aged 21 and over with valid ID. We promote responsible service of alcohol and may refuse service to intoxicated patrons. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.

Dietary Requirements

We endeavor to accommodate dietary requirements, but cannot guarantee that menu items are free from allergens. Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering. Cross-contamination may occur in the kitchen. We are not liable for allergic reactions if you fail to inform us of your allergies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pokerknoll Capeyork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in poker games. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage unless caused by our gross negligence. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the website.

Gambling Disclaimer

Poker is a game of skill and chance. Pokerknoll Capeyork does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players. Players are responsible for managing their own bankroll. We encourage responsible gambling and provide resources for those who may need help.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. The venue is located in Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW. Dispute Resolution
